The intensity of 1 minute sets was challenging yet doable. Although I had to take a break during the 1 minute set, it brought me to the point where I got tired and felt burning.
One exercise that I like is the plank because it works many parts of the body at the same time and I was always able to hold it for 1 minute straight.
One exercise that I disliked is the side curls because I never felt like I was doing them properly and I feel like oblique twists would be more effective.
I was able to fit my workouts in when I got home from school during the week or after work on the weekends. However, since I worked out when I was tired, it hindered my ability to perform at my max capacity.
3 exercise options that work the Hamstrings, Quadriceps and Gluteals are: squat jumps, forward lunges and step ups.
3 exercise options that workout the abdominal muscles are: curl-ups, plank and oblique twists.
2 exercise options for the upper back are: rhomboid pulls and rows
2 exercise options for the chest are: push-ups and mountain climbers
3 exercise options for the shoulder/deltoid muscles are: lateral arm raise, side plank and overhead press
