I enjoyed the intensity of the workout and I was able to complete all 8 exercises without stopping, even after doing it a second time. It was enough to work up a sweat and feel burning throughout certain muscle groups.

Since the quarantine, I have had a lot of free time to do the workouts, however, Most of the time I do them after I come back from work seeing as I still have some energy left.

The point of doing a warmup is to get your heart rate to increase and warm up your muscles and joints, this warms your body and prepares it for the workout that is about to start. It is also meant to reduce the risk of injury during the workout. A successful warmup normally consists of some cardiovascular activity seeing as that is the fastest way to get warm and increase heart rates or some dynamic stretching. The duration and type of workout should be suited to the activity that will follow.

Since the beginning of class, i have noticed that some of muscle groups have improved. i have noticed that my triceps are more defined, as well as having more strength in all arms, chest, legs and trunk.

4 health benefits of regular participation in physical activity are that it strengthens the immune system, it decreases and controls blood pressure, decreases LDL and increases HDL cholesterol levels, and decreases fatty deposits in the arteries.

4 psychological benefits of regular participation in physical activity are that it improves sleep habits, increases energy levels, decreases stress and improves your mood overall.

3 reasons why muscular conditioning is key to a healthy body composition are that it increases muscle mass, metabolism and caloric expenditure, decreases body fat and increases your muscle tone/definition.

3 important exercises or stretches for posture development and/or improvement are front/side plank, supermans, and posterior flyes.
