Workout #4 Questions

For all 4 attempts I completed 300 reps. The 1st attempt took me  to complete.

The second attempt took me  to complete. The 3rd attempt took me  to complete. The 4th attempt took me to complete.

The exercise that I found the most challenging was the butterfly sit-ups because I had issues forcing my legs to stay grounded while I went up and down.

I do think my fitness level has improved after these challenges because I can see more definition in my arms (biceps and triceps) as well as my abdominals.

Now that I have completed the workouts, I will continue to workout because I want to improve my physical health and appearance, as well as my cardio. I know that if I keep working out regularly, it will lead to a long, happy and healthy life.

It is recommended to do cardio 3-5 times per week at around 60-85% of your max heart rate. Every time you do cardiovascular exercises it is recommended to do it for 20-60 minutes depending on the intensity of the exercise.

5 major muscle groups are, chest, biceps, abdominals, quadriceps and glutes.

One exercise that you can do for your chest is push-ups.

One exercise that you can do for your biceps is chin ups.

One exercise that you can do for your abdominals is crunches.

One exercise that you can do for your quadriceps is knee extensions.

One exercise that you can do for your glutes is hamstring bridges.

In order to improve my overall muscle fitness level I must do each of these exercises 2-3 times per week and 1-2 sets per exercise. However in order to reach fatigue, the amount of reps for each exercise is different. For push-ups, I must do 15-20 RM, for chin ups 8-10 RM, for crunches 25-30 RM, for knee extensions 10-15 RM and for hamstring bridges 15-20 RM.
